2. Description

SUPREME GAINERS GOLDNUTRITION® is a formula specially conceived to promote the maximum increase of muscular volume, containing high biologic value proteins, a carbohydrate complex, and a low level of fat per dose.

Contained carbohydrates are essentially maltodextrins (easy digestion carbs with a high glycemic index). Maltodextrin facilitates insulin synthesis which allows for maximum anabolic gain and the replacement of muscular glycogen. 

The proteins are gathered from milk and have a high concentration of BCAA's. The formula combines fast absorption proteins (milk serum) and slow absorption proteins (casein) allowing an effective protein synthesis at a muscular level. 

Milk serum proteins (whey) are more effective in preventing fatigue and in maintaining muscular tissues and avoiding post-training degradation. 

SUPREME GAINERS also contains a set of vitamins and minerals that favor the absorption and usage processes of carbs and proteins, improving all metabolic processes and increasing the antioxidant and recovery potential of the formula.

    3. Daily Dose

    For maximum muscular growth: Take 1/2 serving (4 scoops 160g) 30 to 40 minutes before exercise and 1/2 serving (4 scoops 160g) immediately after training.

     

    To gain weight: Take 3 scoops (120g) in the morning, 3 scoops (120g) after training or during the afternoon and 2 scoops (80g) before going to bed.

    2 scoops: Add 2 full scoops to 320 ml of water. Stir well and serve immediately.
    3 scoops: Add 3 full scoops to 480 ml of water. Stir well and serve immediately.
    4 scoops: Add 4 full scoops to 640 ml of water. Stir well and serve immediately.

     

    Do not exceed daily recommended dose.
