GOLDRINK GOLDNUTRITION® is an isotonic and re-hydratation sport drink rich in magnesium that promotes the replacement of water, mineral salts and sugars lost during physical activity.
It allows the athlete to extend his sporting activity and delays the onset of physical and mental exhaustion, as well as preventing cramps
In difference from water, GOLDRINK GOLDNUTRITION® will foster greater hydration, maintain stable blood sugar levels, prevent hyponatremia (low sodium) and favour the rapid replacement of muscle glycogen after workouts.
It is important to consider that during extended exercise periods the body tends to achieve higher levels of dehydration and significantly reduces the levels of sugars in the blood, which can result in a loss of strength, speed, and can induce premature fatigue.

3. Daily dose
Add 1 full scoop (55-60g) to 1L of water; mix and drink. Take after, during and immediately after physical exercise.
Drink small amounts in every 15 to 20 minutes of training.
As a re-hydrating beverage, take 1L of GOLDRINK for every kilo of body weight lost, immediately after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
According to ACSM (American College of Sport Medecine) the ingestion of isotonic drinks during workout, must be of 400 ml to 800 ml per hour of training.
