Power Truffles with Oats & Chocolate

Quick, practical and easy to make, Power Truffles, are an excellent option to consider a as a pre-workout snack.

They are so delicious, that they are also great to just indulge as a fun tasty chocolate snack. 

Ingredients:

  • 6 soup spoons of Oats & Whey Goldnutrition
  • 6 soup spoons of Oat Flakes
  • 3 soup spoons of Goji Berries
  • 3 soup spoons of Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 handfulls of Hazelnuts
  • 2 soup spoons of Peanut Butter
  • 1 soup spoon of Cinnamon
  • Lime zest
  • Add water if needed

Preparation:

  1. Mix and crush all ingredients in food processor / blender
  2. Add water little by little until you get a homogeneous consistency
  3. Shape into balls with the palm of your hands
  4. Keep refrigerated for 3 hours at least
  5. Get ready to eat
