Oats & Whey, Coconut and Cashew Cookies

Oats are a great ally for those practicing sports regularly and, as such, we prepared a healthy recipes you can add to your daily nutritional routine: oats, coconut and cashew cookies

Ingredients (7 - 8 cookies)

  • 2 spoons of Goldnutrition oat & whey
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 whole organic egg
  • 1 tbsp Prozis cashew butter
  • 3 tbsps extra virgin coconut oil, melted
  • Grated coconut

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C
  2. Take the oat flakes and the coconut flour and mix them together
  3. Add the egg, the cashew butter and the coconut oil, and mix using a fork until homogeneous
  4. Line a tray with baking paper, place the mix on top (about one tablespoon per cookie) and shape the cookie into a circle (or another shape of your liking) using your hands or moulds
  5. Sprinkle the grated coconut and then flatten the cookies in the centre with a spoon
  6. Bake for 15 minutes
