During the warm days, there is nothing like it when starting your morning with this cool refreshing drink. Leaves you in a good mood, and full of energy. Try it! 


  • 2 cups of ice
  • 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein
  • 2 g of instant coffee
  • 200 ml of soy mil, or almond milk, or regular milk


  1. blend in all ingredients and mix thoroughly for 30-40 seconds
  2. serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing and energetic morning shake
