Getting sick of making always the same protein shake? Try our Red Berries Protein Shake recommendation, using your favourite whey protein.


  • 355 ml of water
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 2 cups of frozen mix berries (can be strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc)
  • 1/2 a cup of lean yogurt
  • 1 spoon of lean pure whey protein
  • 1 soup spoon of walnuts
  • 1 soup spoon of flax seeds


  1. Just blend it all, and serve before or after your workout
