  • 2 bananas
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein
  • 2 soup spoons of powdered cacao
  • 1 soup spoon of peanut butter
  • coconut flakes


  1. Mix de bananas and avocado for 30 seconds
  2. Add in whey powder, cacao and peanut butter until you get a soft and creamy mix
  3. Place in the refrigerator for one hour
  4. Decorate with coconut flakes and enjoy this yummy anabolic chocolate mousse
